Troubleshooting

Q
: The HS-2000 is freezing when I switch from 720p to 1080i modes and vice versa with a DVI cable attached to one of the inputs. Is there a way to fix it?

  1. is there a way that you can switch the preview and program screens around? So the program is actually showing where preview is, and show preview where program is. I would rather have it that way. Thanks.

    • Hi Dave,
Unfortunately, there is no way for you to switch the screens in the multiview preview of the HS-2000, this is one of the few settings that you can not change.
      Thanks!

  3. Hello,

I need to get a feed from a laptop to my SE-2000. I have a working VGA-DVI-D converter which I use from a laptop to large plasma/LCD monitors via DVI-D with no issues. When I use this cinverter with my SE-2000 all I get is noise. I’ve tried both the DVI input and input 4 switched over to DVI from its SDI mode.

I use 2 Sony cameras with the HS-2000 unit so I can’t change the mode on the SE-2000 or the Sonys will not work.

    Thanks.
