Q: I have an SE-500/HS-500 and when I power it up, all of the lights are flashing. How do I re-set it?
A: If the lights are flashing there is an internal circuit problem. Please contact Datavideo Service Department to obtain an RMA for repair.
Q: Can we feed the output of the HS-500 to one of the camera inputs of the DVK-100 and get it chroma keyed? We will be mixing two camera inputs taken in two angles inside the HS-500 and the same will be going to the DVK-100 and output of the DVK-100 will be recorded to a Sony Deck. Is this possible?
A: We recommend connecting the camera signals which will be keyed, to the DVK-100 and then sending the live key output into the switcher so it only takes up one source on your HS-500.
